We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical failure, structural integrity issues, or electronic malfunctions not directly caused by driver negligence. Owners must ensure the vehicle is road-worthy before pick-up. INSURANCE: All relocations are covered by our commercial driver insurance. This coverage applies to the vehicle and does not extend to personal effects left inside. CANCELLATION: Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up incur a 50% service charge. Client information is handled with confidentiality for logistical and billing purposes.
